Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Answer tickets to respond questions and solve players' problems
- Consultations in the internal IGG system (CRM)
Skills and Work Experience Requirements:
- Excellent written communication skills
- Must be able to meet deadlines, maintaining a positive attitude and providing outstanding customer service
- Ability to work independently and perform tasks to completion within the parameters of the instructions provided prescribed routines and accepted standard practices
- English is necessary for eventual meetings and communication with other departments
