Job Duties:
- Provide telephonic technical support to customers
- Diagnose/troubleshoot issues with custom-built PCs and guide customers through corrective steps
- Repair, replace parts, and test custom-built PCs
Qualifications:
- Basic and advanced troubleshooting skills
- Advanced proficiency with current versions of MS Windows
- Excellent telephonic, written, and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to work both independently and in a team
- Able to lift and handle systems weighing up to 70 lbs
- PC hardware knowledge
