Huawei Mobile Services team is looking for a Chinese speaking "Activity Operations Specialist" for our Games Platform!

We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent planning and execution skills, and focus on process optimization.

The main tasks for this position are:

• Manage the performance and achieve the business target of Huawei Mobile Services in the Games field, with strongly local communication and local culture knowledge
• Activity Operation & Campaign management: take care of the campaign design, configuration, implementation and optimization, that allows AppGallery to promote and do campaigns for the User Acquisition and Retention, in the Games field. Mainly H5 page campaigns but not limited to.
• Support the Game Owner and work together to build all user funnel campaigns, in order to achieve the targets and increase stickiness with our games
• Track performance of these campaigns on a daily and weekly basis, using our big data platform, and proactively propose improvements.
• Be able to learn other platforms and services, find new functions that enable us to create new campaign ideas, that help us to engage with users in a different way
• Coordination with other countries and region, in order to share Success Cases and Best Practices, as well as with other Huawei areas, such as Marketing, Legal, Privacy, etc., to leverage services reach and resources, as well as ensure internal alignment and compliance
• Responsible to set and achieve realistic yet ambitious targets and KPIs, mainly around user acquisition, engagement, monetization, and revenue

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor's degree.
• Fluent language skills in Chinese, Spanish and English.
• Knowledge in the electronic devices industry (not mandatory but will be a plus
• Knowledge about digital platforms, online channels and user funnel
• Excel and data analytics are needed

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, IT, Development and Operation Experience, would be a plus.
