Currently, we are looking for a support specialist who will help us with ticket management for our platform hitcap.gg.

Your profile:

  • You are an esports enthusiast
  • You should be able to work autonomously while always looking to improve
  • You are able to quickly learn new tools regarding support management
  • English should be your mother language or on a bilingual level

Your tasks:

  • Assisting with processing, classifying and resolving support tickets
  • Assisting with the strategic plan of our support management
