Responsibilities:

  • Implement, measure and optimize paid search campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, Amazon, Search Ads, 3rd party ad platforms and other search engines.

  • Implement, measure and optimize paid social campaigns on Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads and other social channels.

  • Conduct recurring weekly & monthly optimization tasks (i.e. Keyword Expansion, Ad Testing, Negative Keywords Management, Budget Management, etc.)

  • Provide consistent and effective support to Sales, Content and Marketing team in managing campaigns and new opportunities.

  • Measure, evaluate and deliver analysis and insights that help teams optimize ad campaigns

  • Provide ongoing and ad hoc analytical support to Marketing and Content team

  • Maintain and create clients' KPI Dashboards

  • Perform regular quality assurance/quality control checks on assigned client campaigns to ensure they are running as contracted and are on track to meet clients' goals & KPIs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing is preferred but not necessary

  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience in search marketing, digital marketing, and/or another highly quantitative, analytical, and results-driven environment.

  • Experience with any advertising platform is advantageous

  • Experienced individuals in Google Analytics and other dashboarding or BI tools are preferred.

  • Experience working at agencies or startups is advantageous.

  • Proficiency in Excel is a must.

  • Loves startup cultures: a work hard, play hard mentality is a must (the harder, the better)

  • Loves working independently and as a team
