What We Need:

GosuGamers is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Partnerships Manager to drive brand growth and strategic collaborations. We are looking for a passionate marketer with a deep understanding of gaming, esports, and digital media, who excels at building meaningful partnerships and executing high-impact marketing campaigns.

As a Marketing & Partnerships Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our brand presence, forging strategic alliances, and developing innovative campaigns that engage our audience. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to create and execute initiatives that enhance brand value, drive engagement, and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy

  • Manage and oversee a team of marketing executives (including freelancers & part-timers)

  • Serve as the bridge between global headquarters and the Thai market, ensuring smooth communication and strategy adaptation

Branding & Marketing

  • Develop and implement localised brand and product marketing strategies that align with company objectives, positioning, and market share

  • Translate global marketing materials, decks, and campaigns into Thai, ensuring cultural relevance and local impact

  • Collaborate with designers and content teams to produce high-quality Thai-language marketing assets

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and marketing materials

  • Plan and manage brand-related events, such as product launches, trade shows, and sponsorships, to enhance brand visibility

  • Uplift Gosu brand and awareness on both B2B and B2C

Go-to-Market Strategy:

  • Drive the development and execution of go-to-market plans for new product launches (not limited to website, social media channels & content, community tournaments, fantasy platform) to generate awareness and user acquisition

  • Develop and execute 360 marketing plans for Gosu platforms and products, including GosuGamers, GosuBattles, GosuAnime, GosuEntertainment and all other company’s products & content IPs

Partnerships & Growth

  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships with game publishers, local communities, local brands, and influencers for all Gosu platforms and products products (not limited to GosuGamers, GosuBattles, GosuFantasy, GosuAnime etc)

  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders (agencies, vendors, and strategic partners)

  • Drive co-marketing campaigns, sponsorships, and collaborations to expand brand awareness

  • Negotiate and manage non-monetary partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with the company’s vision

Campaign Planning & Client-Servicing

  • Maintain and update external decks presented to clients i.e media kit, sales deck, pitch decks etc

  • Planning, formulating and executing advertising, marketing, promotion, digital and social media strategies for clients

  • Able to project manage each sponsorship or sales contract for all stages, from pre-sales, pre-production, production and post-sales

  • Supports team in all aspects of projects, from estimating cost, managing budgets, vetting paperwork facilitating the sign-off for contractual agreements and preparing necessary reports for the clients and agency management team

  • Ensures that clients’ campaigns are properly planned and executed to deliver against campaign objectives and agreed deliverables

Other Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively and liaise with various department leads for campaign planning and execution

  • Source and manage external agencies, and freelancers for community activations, content creation, digital advertising etc when needed

  • Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth

  • Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information

  • Performs other day-to-day duties as assigned by the Head of Marketing & Director of Growth & Strategy

Who We Think Will Be A Great Fit:

  • Based in Bangkok, Thailand

  • Experience in a related field: Minimum 4 years and above

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, mass communications, business, or related field preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Thai

  • Experience in gaming, esports, and entertainment industry is a huge plus

  • A good understanding of media, social media, gaming and esports landscape

  • Able to create PowerPoint/Google Slides/Canva for presentation and conduct presentations

  • A keen learner, good communicator, and independent team player who can multi-task and work under pressure

  • Able to meet tight deadlines and flexible to adapt to changes

  • Meticulous and with a keen eye for detail

  • Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns

  • Metrics-driven marketing individual with an eye for creativity

  • Dedicated, mature & enjoys working in the media industry
