Responsibilities

  • Develop and secure buy-in for a product outlook that identifies, defines, and supports the overall product narrative and direction, achieving an outcome that is greater than the sum of its parts.

  • Validate the market size and opportunity (e.g., user-based, strategic opportunity, business generation).

  • Build innovative products which make it easier to play and share on ChromeOS.

  • Work with a team of engineers and developer relations engineers on motivating third-party game developers to optimize their games.

  • Build relationships with the third-party game developer community to understand their problems and refine roadmap.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 4 years of experience in product management, consulting, co-founder or related technical role.

  • 2 years of experience building and shipping technical products

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a technology or business related field.

  • Experience building products focused on games.

  • Experience developing/launching developer facing products/technologies within Android, iOS, mobile gaming, or cloud gaming.

  • Experience driving user adoption and significant growth for technology product(s).

Gaming has become a global phenomenon, transcending cultural and linguistic boundaries. It has the power to entertain, educate, and connect people all over the world.

You’ll be responsible for gaming experiences on ChromeOS, ranging from features which improve compatibility, performance, sharing, and dynamic input across Android and Google Cloud platforms. You will work with game developers and distributors to land exciting games and partner with Google Play on ensuring developers meet goals.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
