Job Description
- Manage many types of leave (annual leave, off in lieu, maternity/paternity leave, no pay leave, compassionate leave…), overtime report and other welfare. Calculate and proceed monthly salary, allowance, bonus, incentive… for employees and collaborators.
- Guidance on personnel procedures for new employees/employees who are working and leaving. Manage employee profile, labor contract, salary adjustment decisions, other salary papers, …
- PIT: Register/Update/Adjust information related to PIT code, dependents deduction, monthly PIT report with related issues. Ensure accuracy on annual PIT finalization, PIT receipts. Support employees with self-settlement of personal income tax. Coordinate with the Audit team if needed. Prepare documents, receive and be the focal point to work with tax authorities on personal income tax.
- Control Social Insurance data processed. Provide guidelines for employees about VssID. Process all tasks related to SI book.
- Develop teaching materials, participate in sharing and communicating HR policies, internal labour regulations, company culture.
- Handle employees disciplinary issues and provide guidance to line managers for efficient & satisfactory resolution of the same in line with HR policies procedures and undertake suitable measures to aid retention.
- Prepare related documents and be the focal point to work with State agencies to handle employee’s disputes, complaints when assigned.
- Other tasks when assigned.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience, graduated from university majoring in human resources, business administration or related fields.
- Proficient in Excel, Word and understand and understand the legal provisions on Labor Law.
