As a People Team Freelance, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts by assisting our recruitment team to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience, finding great match profiles, and contributing to various recruitment projects.

Job Description

  • Use various recruitment platforms and internal Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to identify and source potential talents for various job vacancies

  • Interview and assess candidate capabilities to find a great match for various job vacancies

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines and candidate relationships for future opportunities

  • Engage with potential candidates proactively and nurture relationships to ensure a strong talent pool

  • Assist recruiters with recruitment improvement projects aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the hiring process

  • Contribute to various initiatives and tasks that support the overall goals of the HR department

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from Psychology or related majors

  • At least having 1 year experience in managing end to end recruitment, preferably having the experience in tech companies (fresh graduate with internship experience in recruitment are welcome to apply)

  • Good understanding of end to end talent acquisition and employer branding strategies

  • Able to work independently with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Bahasa and English along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • Willing to work under 3-months freelance contract and able to go on hybrid work arrangement in Jakarta office, Kuningan
