Job Description

  • Plan and execute innovative campaigns in partnership with KOLs and strategic partners to enhance brand impacts

  • Track and analyze KOL performance metrics to assess KPIs, optimizing strategies with regular KOL review based on data insights

  • Manage KOLs in Malaysia by having local online or offline activation g building and maintaining a comprehensive database of KOLs

  • Cultivate relationships with community champions, including micro-KOLs and community leaders, with a focus on both the growth and quality of engagement within these communities.

  • Learn our community landscape – understand their social behavior, understand their gaming behavior, and identify the community champions

  • Upon understanding our users’ behavior and identifying the community champions, build valuable connections with them Manage an end-to-end KOL grooming program to nurture and support their growth within the brand community

  • Execute community activation across social platforms to grow the size and quality of our community. This includes organizing online tournaments, online competitions, and offline tournaments

  • Conduct basic user research (FGD/IDI) on certain topics such as product feedback, campaign evaluation, etc.

  • Support game operation projects such as payment tests in Malaysia, Game Localization, and other ad hoc tasks

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in KOL management

  • Native Malaysian speaker with proficient English reading, writing, and communication skills.

  • Having a keen interest in tracking current trends across social media and digital marketing through monitoring community discussion and interacting with the community

  • Ability to measure social media engagement for basic analysis

  • Highly passionate about games with a good knowledge of the gaming industry in Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines region, notably in Malaysia; having a deep curiosity for game products and the industry's best practice

  • Experience managing community channels, with the ability to build, grow, and nurture relationships within online communities. Prior experience in community-building is a plus.

  • Ability to independently execute projects with clear briefs and timelines

  • Authorized to work in Malaysia and willing to work fulltime in office

  • Daily user of Tiktok with a good understanding of user behavior on this platform

  • Having network / connection with esports / influencer communities is preferred
