Responsibilities
Manage/Assist general HR work in Latam markets, including but not limited to the following areas: recruitment, learning and development, employee engagement, performance evaluation, and internal communications
- Support end-to-end recruitment efforts, including campus initiatives
- Coordinate and design training workshops in Mexico office
- Support engagement projects to foster a strong identity
- Support general HR projects and policies, as well as internal communications
Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience in HR, covering multiple functions
- Experience handling complex and scalable project is a plus
- Self-starter, flexible and independent with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Resourceful, with a positive can-do attitude
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Familiar with Mexican Labour law and regulations processes
- Fluent in English
- Passion about games is a plus
