Esports Operations - FC Online (Contract)

Job Description

• Handle end-to-end tournament operations, including planning, execution, and post-event wrap-up across all competition levels.
• Manage Esports players and teams, including coordination, scheduling, communication, and on-ground support during events.
• Oversee Esports and event operations, such as event preparation, on-site operations, logistics, and timeline control.
• Coordinate and execute production and broadcast operations, working closely with production crews, broadcasters, and technical teams to ensure smooth live streaming and show flow.
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders (organizers, platforms, vendors, venues) to ensure operational alignment.
• Manage tournament rules, match operations, referee coordination, and issue resolution during competition.

Job Requirements

• Experienced in FC Online, online games, particularly football games, with a strong passion for football.
• Good knowledge of the Esports ecosystem, including competitive formats and player operations in any games (FC Online experience is a strong plus).
• Experience in live production or broadcast operations is highly preferred, with the ability to perform under pressure during live events.
• Strong management, coordination, problem-solving, and multitasking skills across multiple projects under tight timelines.
• Effective communication skills for working with stakeholders.
• Adaptable and challenge-oriented, thriving in fast-paced environments.
• Good at English.
