As a Community and Event Specialist, you are in charge as the forefront person in our game’s communities, you will be responsible for connecting with our users on a deeper level, nurturing the external relationship through innovative campaigns from the inside out, influencing and empowering various stakeholders in the field to create better engagement amongst the community.
Job Description
Develop and implement a comprehensive community engagement strategy to grow and nurture the overall community ecosystem with the grassroots players
Plan, execute, and monitor multiple community-focused projects and initiatives, making sure the projects delivered as planned
Plan, organize, and execute offline/online community events to foster engagement and connection within the community
Build and maintain collaborative relationships with various stakeholders among the gaming communities and media partners through innovative programs
Recruit, train, and manage a team of community moderators and volunteers to support community programs and events
Conduct research and provide business insights to understand community needs, preferences, and trends on certain topics such as product feedback, campaign evaluation, etc.
Job Requirements
Minimum a Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university
Possess a strong project management skill with a proven track record of successful project delivery
Strong leadership skills: able to influence and empower community builders and media partners with high integrity (having extensive organizational experience would be highly preferred)
Proactive collaborator: able to actively engage and initiate collaboration with community builders and media partners that contribute towards the growth of the esports community
Critical problem-solver: able to identify core issues from multiple perspectives and drive the right approach to solve them efficiently within timelines
Avid learner: eager to explore new trends, and to adapt fast in implementing dynamic strategies in a fast-changing environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills in Bahasa and English along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Highly passionate about games with a good knowledge of the gaming industry in Indonesia; having a deeper curiosity for game products and the industry's best practice
Willing to travel nationwide across Indonesia
Willing to work under 3 - 6 months contract period for full WFO arrangement at our office in South Jakarta
