Associate, Marketing (Social Media)

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily out-of-game social media content across Free Fire MAX India channels.
• Scale content output on official social pages to drive page reach, audience growth, and community engagement.
• Oversee daily channel operations, routine post scheduling, and active community management.
• Track social media performance metrics, analyze community sentiment, and generate campaign performance reports.
• Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams to identify trends and bring high-potential gaming content to life.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in social media management or digital content creation.
• Deep understanding of current social trends, meme culture, and the Indian gaming ecosystem.
• High level of creativity, strong organizational skills, and a genuine passion for gaming and Free Fire MAX.
• Ability to execute efficiently and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional fluency in both English and Hindi (written and spoken).
