As an AI Applied Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our existing AI and automation tools, developing new AI-driven solutions to boost efficiency, and collaborating closely with the game development team to bring innovative AI applications into our games.

Job Description

Maintain and improve existing AI and automation tools to ensure smooth daily operations
Design, develop, and deploy new AI and automation solutions to solve business and game development needs
Monitor AI system performance, detect issues, and proactively implement fixes
Collaborate with game designers and developers to integrate AI features that enhance gameplay experiences
Develop and maintain technical documentation for AI tools and workflows
Research and evaluate new AI technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation
Provide support and troubleshooting for AI-related issues across teams
Support ad-hoc projects with the Shared Special Project team as needed

Job Requirements

Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Proven experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models and automation systems
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system architecture
Proficient in Python; experience with C#, C++, or Java, or other familiarity with game engines like Unity or Unreal is a plus
Hackathon lover with a passion for experimenting and building creative solutions
A self starter with a proven track record of successful project deliveries
Excellent written and oral communication skills in Bahasa and English along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Highly passionate about games with a good knowledge of the gaming industry in Indonesia; having a deeper curiosity for game products and the industry's best practices
Willing to work under a 6-month contract with a full Work From Office (WFO) arrangement at our South Jakarta office
