We are passionate about games, business, and building opportunities for both publishers and players. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Junior Business Development Specialist to support our pipeline growth and strengthen our industry connections.
About the Role:
We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Junior Business Development Specialist to support our business development efforts.
You will focus on generating new partnership opportunities by managing cold outreach, maintaining CRM records, assisting with research, and keeping our pipeline active.
This is a freelance, remote position with flexible working hours (20 hours per week), ideal for someone looking to build their career in the gaming industry while working directly with senior leadership.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and send initial cold emails to targeted publishers using provided lists and templates
• Conduct structured, polite follow-ups to maintain engagement
• Research and qualify new publisher leads across Europe and globally
• Maintain and update prospect information in our CRM software
• Collaborate weekly with the Managing Director to refine outreach strategies
• Assist in identifying potential networking and partnership opportunities
Requirements:
• Fluent English (C1/C2 level) — written and spoken
• Based in the UK, Germany, or France (or strong cultural ties to these markets)
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow structured workflows
• Proactive communicator who is comfortable working independently
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Passion for the gaming industry; previous experience in gaming, sales, or business development is a plus
