Main Challenge

As a User Acquisition Manager at Gameloft for brands, your main mission is to drive profitable and brand-consistent UA campaigns for mobile IP games through strategic planning, cross-team collaboration, and clear performance reporting.

WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON

  • User Acquisition & Profitability: Drive UA for mobile IP games with a focus on high-quality users, profitability, and IP/brand consistency.

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize UA campaigns across multiple channels aligned with performance goals.

  • Client-Facing Reporting: Prepare and deliver clear, compelling performance presentations (in English), ensuring data transparency and working closely with client teams when needed.

  • Budget Strategy & Investment: Define and implement UA investment strategies tailored to audience, seasonality, market dynamics, and auction behavior.

  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with Sales, Production, Creative, ASO, and other Marketing teams to maximize results and visibility.

  • Performance Review: Conduct post-mortem analyses to extract learnings and improve future campaigns

Qualifications

WHO YOU ARE

  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills in both cases: client facing and internal, across different departments

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze and optimize campaign performance almost independently.

  • Team Player: Collaboration and teamwork skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • 3 to 4 years of experience in user acquisition and performance marketing.

  • Previous experience in the mobile game industry is a strong plus.
