We’re looking for a Senior Web UI/UX Designer to craft visually engaging, intuitive, and user-centered digital experiences across a variety of interactive projects.

Responsibilities

Create high-quality designs through research, wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
Develop responsive layouts optimized for various devices.
Ensure design consistency with brand identity and visual guidelines.
Build and maintain reusable design systems and component libraries.
Continuously improve usability and visual quality based on feedback and data insights.
Design digital assets such as banners, hero visuals, icons, and illustrations.
Work closely with developers, project managers, and content teams to deliver cohesive digital experiences.
Translate creative briefs into intuitive, impactful design concepts.
Support developers during implementation and ensure design accuracy in final delivery.
Adapt and localize designs for different regions and audiences when required.
Follow accessibility and usability best practices.
Contribute to improving design workflows, templates, and review processes.
Stay up to date with new design tools, technologies, and industry trends.

Qualfications:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer (experience in creative or interactive industries is a plus).
Degree or diploma in Web/Multimedia Design, Creative Arts, IT, or a related field.
Portfolio demonstrating strong expertise in web and digital design.
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD);
Strong understanding of responsive and cross-platform design principles.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage.
Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is a plus.
Creative mindset with strong visual sense and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Collaborative, open-minded, and proactive approach.
Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
Receptive to feedback and dedicated to continuous improvement.
