Job overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Communication Specialist to join our Employer Branding team in Gameloft Vietnam. In this senior role, you’ll drive the development and execution of comprehensive communication strategies to enhance our reputation as an employer of choice in the gaming industry. You’ll collaborate with HR, recruitment, project teams, and leadership team to showcase our company culture, values, and employee experiences. Your work will help attract top-tier talent, foster employee engagement, and improve our employer brand in a competitive market.
Key responsibilities
Employer Branding Strategy: Oversee and execute the yearly roadmap that reflects the employer branding strategies, studio’s values, vision, and culture.
Content Creation & Storytelling: Develop and curate high-quality content (written, visual, and video) for internal and external channels. Focus on telling authentic stories about our employees, work environment, and studio culture.
Social Media Engagement: Oversee the studio’s employer branding presence on social media platforms and collaborate with the Social Media team to ensure consistent messaging and engagement.
Internal Communication: Keep employees informed, engaged, and motivated through our in-house platforms.
Public Visibility: Identify opportunities for employer branding through industry events, company awards, CSR activities, media articles, etc. to increase awareness of the studio’s reputation as a top employer.
Employer Branding Monitoring & Reporting: Track and analyze the effectiveness of employer branding campaigns, using insights to refine and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience
3-5 years of experience in communications and employer branding, with a proven track record of developing successful employer brand strategies.
Experience in the gaming industry or a creative sector is a plus.
Skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and messaging.
Strong experience in community engagement and employer brand promotion across platforms.
Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools to track campaign success and employer brand health.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
