We are looking for an Ad Product Programmer to support the development, optimization, and evolution of rich media advertising formats and internal production tools.
This role focuses on building and adapting interactive ad formats across multiple ad networks, while also creating, improving, and maintaining internal tools that support the teamβs production workflows. The position contributes to improving delivery speed, technical stability, and reducing reliance on external production partners.
The developer will collaborate with Product, Producers, QA teams and external partners to ensure efficient, scalable, and high-quality delivery of interactive advertising formats.
Scope:
β’ Create and adapt rich media formats for several networks (GAM, Gameloft, DV360) using JavaScript, ensuring accurate tracking and seamless data flow.
β’ Architect, code, and test new ad formats and integrations for new networks.
β’ Troubleshoot and resolve complex, cross-functional issues related to ad delivery, tracking, and client-side errors.
β’ Develop and maintain robust internal systems supporting the creation, testing, and deployment of ad formats.
β’ Build, update, and maintain internal tools used for format production, automation, debugging, and QA workflows.
β’ Fix bugs and stability issues in current internal tools and development pipelines.
β’ Optimize code and assets to comply with strict ad size and performance constraints.
β’ Ensure proper tracking, documentation, and knowledge sharing of technical issues and solutions.
β’ Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain quality standards and technical alignment.
Responsibilities:
β’ Develop and maintain interactive advertising formats using JavaScript and modern web technologies.
β’ Improve internal workflows by creating or updating automation tools and production scripts.
β’ Reduce manual work and repetitive tasks within the team through tooling and process improvements.
β’ Support Producers, QA, and Product teams in debugging and resolving production issues.
β’ Ensure compatibility with ad networks, publishers, and tracking requirements.
β’ Contribute to internal technical documentation and best practices.
About you:
β’ Strong knowledge of JavaScript
β’ Familiarity with NodeJS
β’ PIXIJS/Cocos Creator or similar Library
β’Β Experience in game development
β’ Knowledge of backend and back-office tool development
β’ Experience creating or maintaining internal tools or scripts
β’ Understanding of web performance optimization
β’ Experience working with HTML5 interactive content
β’ Ability to debug complex technical issues
