We are seeking experienced freelance writers with a good understanding of the video gaming landscape. As a Gamelevate freelance writer, you will be compensated based on the monthly number of published articles.

Responsibilites

• Write articles based on the minimum and maximum monthly guidelines set by the company

• Follow specific genres and titles to gain industry insight

• Cover breaking news and events in a timely fashion

• Articles should include player interviews, op-eds, investigative reports, breaking news, and other related content

• Stay updated on esports trends, team trades, player contracts, player statistics, tournament storylines, and tournament results

Requirements

• Basic understanding of posting articles on WordPress

• Strong creative writing skills that result in engaging and compelling content.

• Solid work ethic and ability to act independently on selected writing tasks.

• Passionate and knowledgeable about esports and competitive gaming

• Strong English grammar and fluency

• Basic understanding of SEO best practices

• Previous esports writing experience
