We're a non-profit that empowers hospitalized kids through gaming. We're looking for a Social Media Manager who is a true "Core Gamer" to build our new community-first brand on TikTok and Instagram.
Let's be real: you know why most brand marketing in the gaming space feels fake. We're hiring you to build a real, culture-first community from the ground up.
🤝 Your Mission & Team
This isn't just about posting. You'll be the strategic hub of our new community unit, working day-to-day with our marketing lead to leverage the team's resources and create a community.
Your mission is to build our authentic brand from scratch. You'll:
- Create & Edit fast-paced, native video content (TikToks, Reels) that speaks authentically to core gamers.
- Script & Concept higher-level content, translating our empowerment message into clear, actionable briefs for our videographer, CEO, and our leadership team.
- Translate (not just "spot") gaming trends and cultural moments into timely, mission-driven content that real gamers will actually want to watch.
- Help us build an authentic community from the ground up. No corporate-speak. Just real, authentic engagement.

You're a Fit If...
- You are a "Core Gamer." This is our most important requirement.
- You are a proactive, collaborative teammate who loves building something new with a small, agile unit.
- You are a strong strategic thinker who can write a clear script and a self-sufficient creator who can shoot/edit a TikTok on the fly.
- You live on TikTok and IG and understand the culture because you are the culture.
- You have a portfolio of video content (TikTok, Reels, etc.) you can show us.
- You're passionate about our empowerment-based message and want to use your skills for a good cause.
The Details
Role: Contract/Freelance
Rate: $35β$60/hour (based on your skills/portfolio).
