About the Role
Fenix Down is looking for a Project Manager to join our team. Fenix Down is a creator management company working with top creators in the gaming space. You'll be working in a highly cross-functional role and playing a pivotal part in making paid opportunities easy and fun for our creators. The projects team is the backbone of Fenix Down and the main support system for the work our creators do.
What You'll Do
Project Management Focuses:
Manage paid opportunities through the entire workflow from negotiating a new opportunity to wrapping up a campaign by compiling and sending reporting.
Work with creators throughout the process of a deal to identify if opportunities are a good fit for them, gather and succinctly relay key information for them to successfully complete sponsored campaigns, and provide them with fast support through the execution of the campaign.
Work with sponsoring companies to identify their goals for their campaign, negotiate rates and terms on behalf of our creators, and be their true point of contact so they feel reassured that a campaign will be completed successfully.
This position requires a very high level of accuracy while maintaining a quick pace and juggling multiple priorities. Track contract terms, deliverable specs, deadlines, and usage rights precisely, but also see when a deal is at risk of going sideways before it happens.
Cross-Functional Focuses:
Assist and work alongside the Creator Success team on occasion with developing and implementing client development projects.
Assist and work alongside Sales team as needed with developing relations with sponsoring companies, including having meetings with sponsors virtually and in person at conventions.
Relay information and provide support to other departments on the Fenix Down team so that others may perform their job well and projects move along without issue.
What You Bring
1+ years experience in project management, account management, event coordination, or similar roles. Experience managing or coordinating projects from beginning to end in a client-based workplace is highly preferred.
1+ years experience as a live-streamer, video-based content creator, or personal manager for streamers or other creators with experience managing sponsorships is highly preferred.
A high level of organizational skills. You're the type of person to double check your emails before sending them, plan out your day hour by hour in your calendar, and create itineraries for fun.
A high level of communication. As this role is fully remote, we are looking for someone who aims to over-communicate rather than risk not passing key information along.
A self-starter who is able to be decisive in high-pressure situations. You are able to weigh sometimes conflicting options, determine the best outcome, and stand by your decisions.
