As a UI designer, you will become an integral part of our creative team, responsible for creating and revising user interfaces for our games, coming up with ideas while working in a diverse multidisciplinary team of game and UX designers, tech artists, motion designers, 3D, animators and illustrators.You will work closely with the creative director, art director, project manager as well as the product owner. You should feel comfortable handling critique and praise. You must be driven and disciplined.

Core Responsibilities

Must take time to truly understand the needs and requirements of our stakeholders and established audience;
Ability to turn wireframes into beautiful layouts for mobile applications;
Prototype flows or screens as proof of concept;
Iterate, iterate, iterate;
Create and maintain design systems;
Must be able to present ideas in a compelling intuitive language and format that people understand;
Communicate design decisions for the team and stakeholders;
Partner with tech art and devs to ensure that the visual designs are implemented according to spec;

Skills Requirements

Minimum of 3 years experience working in UI
Strong knowledge of UX best practices
Portfolio of live projects
Extremely detail oriented
Proficient with Figma and Adobe Products
Demonstrable aptitude in interface design and interactions
A track record of excelling with little supervision
Experience managing multiple priorities
Passion and pride in your work
Clear command of the English language, intermediate and above

Bonus Points

Previous experience with game art production pipeline
Illustration skills
Understanding of hardware limitations
Knowledge of freemium mobile games best-practices
