As a Sr. Test Manager in our Microsoft Program, you’ll be part of our leadership team based in Tempe AZ, reporting to the Test Director, and working alongside other Test Managers to manage a group of Test Leads, and the associates supporting several AAA Studios’ game titles. You will build and execute test activities while utilizing data to optimize efforts and share resources across titles, to deliver the right testing to the right projects, at the right time. 

You will be instrumental in building new processes, establishing priorities and investing in the talent development of our staff to ensure your team is learning, adapting, and improving as our program matures. Your experience as a leader and craft expert will be instrumental in building team unity and empowering our talent to reach their career goals.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Test Leads, and their associate staff, including hiring, onboarding, and talent development.

• Oversee a portfolio of titles, working closely with internal and external partners, managing those relationships to determine and set test priorities, efforts, and risk assessment.

• Conduct test performance optimization, using appropriate tools, systems, and techniques.

• Drive all test development activities for your projects.

• Partner deeply with internal and external teams to establish and maintain clear and concise reporting.
