What You'll Do

Epic Games is searching for an exceptional HR Generalist to deliver on key International People initiatives and projects, and drive process improvements across Europe and Asia. As the International HR Generalist you will support dedicated business teams across Europe and Asia, and be responsible for a wide range of activities across the full employee lifecycle events.

You will be working seamlessly across all stakeholders within your assigned countries, ensuring consistency across teams whilst observing local legislation and ultimately ensuring the employee experience is Epic!

In this role, you will

  • Local HR support for our businesses in Germany, as well as other countries within EMEA and APAC as needed
  • Drive Employee Relations and Performance issues across the local businesses
  • Partnering the Global COE teams to drive key initiatives across the region such as Performance Management, L&D, Onboarding, Employee Experience and Acquisitions
  • Facilitate the international employee lifecycle process, identifying areas for continual improvement
  • Assisting international intercompany transfers and working with Global COE’s to support the process
  • Liaising and supporting with legal on various legal topics, such as contract variations, ER cases, local regulation review, policies and other ad hoc queries
  • Supporting HRPs in career development and performance reviews as needed
  • Ad hoc project work including M&A, process and policy implementation, audits, morale initiatives

What we’re looking for

  • 5-7 years HR Generalist or HRP experience covering a wide range of People activities within Europe
  • Experience supporting multiple European countries including Germany and other European countries is a prerequisite
  • Ability to drive and advise on Employee Relations cases locally with support from Legal
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and independently drive process improvements and implement solutions
  • Proven track record in collaborating across multiple stakeholders across multiple countries successfully
  • Proactive and curious to seek and own solutions and handle high levels of ambiguity
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing, fun environment
  • High degree of personal integrity and ownership
