Endpoint is looking to hire a Content Manager. The candidate will work alongside our Media and Social Teams to ensure we are consistently putting out original and engaging content.

Salary is dependent on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a content strategy. Help evolve Endpoint’s voice and image in line with branding and company goals.

  • Work alongside the Media Team to produce high-quality content for a wide variety of social media platforms.

  • Supervise several projects in various points of production from development through delivery.

  • Stay on top of trending content, whilst also identifying new opportunities and coming up with original creative ideas.

  • Put ideas into proposals to discuss with the rest of the team.

  • Organise and record media with players and content creators, both online and in person.

  • Ensure that player and creator needs are met. Liaise with them when needed to get assets such as headshots.

  • Optimise videos on social platforms with SEO and work with the Graphic Designer to create click-worthy thumbnails.

  • Develop an editorial calendar. Strategise long-term content creation plans.

  • Work alongside Social Team to distribute and schedule content.

  • Analyse the performance of content and use metrics to optimise future content.

  • Work with Endpoint partners to create exclusive content and adhere to set KPIs.

  • Collaborate with other Endpoint staff to complete tasks in a timely fashion.

Required

  • Sheffield based.

  • Strong content ideation and skills in creating original content that targets a specific audience and meets company objectives.

  • Familiarity with social media and what works on each platform.

  • Knowledge of aspect ratios for different social media exports.

  • Understanding of the esports industry, and knowledge of CS:GO, Rocket League and Quake.

  • Ability to prioritise projects and meet deadlines. Highly organised and proactive.

  • Willingness to travel as needed for work.

Desirable

  • Understanding of editing and editing software, in particular Adobe Suite.

  • Videography experience.

  • Knowledge of Endpoint and our professional teams and content creators.

  • On occasions be flexible with your working hours to ensure deadlines are met.

  • Be a team player, able to work with others and get stuck into a variety of tasks.

  • Track record of growing content channels.
