We are looking for a Senior Creator Partner Manager to join our Creators Team program to help develop our EA Affiliates program and other Creator programs. You will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and developing a stable of hundreds of Creators to help them achieve good results as part of our Affiliate program.
Reporting to the Director of Creator Operations, you will have experience navigating complex relationships with internal and external partners to achieve results. As an account manager, you will manage all the activities and work streams required to support the EA Affiliates program from business reviews to compliance auditing to analytics of specific Creator's performance..
Working with other subject matter experts within EA, you will ensure that the EA Affiliates program has the right Creators, right business terms, and is operating both legally and within policy.
You will need knowledge of the Creator Economy, user generated content, Creators, and in the future user generated experiences. Similarly, you will have experience in account management and an understanding of platforms like YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, and TikTok.
Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibility is to work with the Director of Creator Operations to foster our Affiliates business. You will oversee the recruitment, management and development of a stable of Creators - to maximise their revenue and EA's revenue from the program, while also improving on the business to ensure Player value is also delivered.
