We're looking for a Production Coordinator who will support the Leadership team overseeing the Development Department and will report to the Ops Lead. You will coordinate scheduling, prepare and organize legal and strategic materials and plans, partner with other Production Coordinators, organize events and purchases. You will connect organizations, projects, and business information, help meet priorities, while working with professionals across a broad range of individuals including members of the Senior Management Team and group leaders.
Your Responsibilities
Plan, organize and support events and celebrations across the location
Organize Franchise and Leadership Team meetings (reserving meeting rooms, ordering meals…)
Manage expense, research vendors and conduct negotiations, sign contracts and handle invoices
Perform general administrative tasks, such as handling facilities, IT, procurement requests
Work on special projects/support
Your Qualifications
Comfortable working with a diverse group of people
Able to manage and prioritize requests and report to multiple stakeholders
Able to gather information and ideas from multiple sources to understand the team’s goals and to find ways to help accomplish these
Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
Experience handling sensitive information
