The Data Collection & Licensing team are seeking an Assistant Producer for our product management team who will focus on our free-to-play titles. This role covers a wide range of responsibilities: assisting with feature development, reviewing and managing the approval of licensed content, organizing in-game quality verification, and coordinating key stakeholder groups. Advanced knowledge of database management, familiarity with license agreements and quality standards, and strong communication skills are crucial for this role.
Responsibilities
You will be the interface between the development team, Legal, Business Development, Art Production, Marketing and DCL.
You will oversee the delivery of EA Sports FC's team and player database and all required licensed content.
You will collaborate on game feature development, from the conceptual phase to implementation, release, and post-production.
You will have a finger on the pulse on the world of football and support the development and release of seasonal campaigns.
You will work closely with team colleagues in Canada, the UK, Korea and China.
Requirements:
Product Manager with 4+ years of experience in game production, entertainment, or technology-focused roles.
Strong interest and knowledge of football and FC video game series, in particular the free-to-play titles (FC Mobile, FC Online).
Experienced in using data and insights to inform design decisions and planning.
Proficient in managing content reviews and approvals, and ensuring compliance with licensing agreements and quality standards.
Ability to coordinate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
