You will work fully remote. Reporting to the Regional Marketing Director, you will oversee local campaigns and lead marketing activations that engage our communities in Japan β€” with a primary focus on Apex Legends.

Responsibilities:

  • You'll be the Japan Marcom Lead, encouraging understanding and collaboration across local CFX teams to develop and deliver impactful marketing plans.
  • You'll be accountable for Apex Legends GTM. Partner with Asia franchise and global brand teams across multiple time zones to deliver culturally relevant campaigns tailored to the Japanese market.
  • You'll , ensuring brand consistency and local resonance.
  • Work with the Asia engagement and integrated communications teams to refine information sharing, provide campaign insights, and integrate player and community insights into decision-making.
  • Oversee local marketing agencies, providing clear briefs, managing execution, and ensuring post-campaign evaluations and performance reporting.
  • Manage marketing budgets, POs, and administrative processes, ensuring accurate reporting and fiscal accountability.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in marketing, brand management, or communications, with expertise in GTM strategy and campaign execution.
  • Understanding of Japan's marketing ecosystem, online channels, and gaming community dynamics.
  • Familiarity with shooter/FPS games.
  • Fluent in both Japanese and English (written and verbal), able to present and collaborate in both languages.
  • Experienced in using data, insights, and digital tools to improve marketing plans.
