We are looking for a group of individuals to join our EA SPORTS Academy. This 12 month position, will provide you an immersive learning experience that establishes the foundation for knowledge, mentorship and experience for the next generation of Producers in EA SPORTS.

The main tasks for this position are feature-design and management of feature-implementation which incorporates the need to maintain relationships with internal and external developers and creatives. You will report to the Associate Producer assigned to this game area. As a work arrangement, you will be based either onsite in our Vancouver office or work in a hybrid arrangement.
Your Responsibilities:
You will communicate ideas and updates to immediate team regarding tasks and priorities
You will contribute to peer learning; You share knowledge with the team, you listen and value teamwork.
You will work to understand the product vision.
You will work with lead producers to understand priorities and goals.
Work with multi-disciplinary teams to coordinate dependencies and deliverables.
Collate and report results back to lead producers.
Work with Production and Design teams on fleshing out and documenting design ideas.
Team up with Artists, Project Managers and Software Engineers to prototype and implement features as directed.

You are a systems and 'wide view' thinker able to propose thoughtful solutions to complex problems.
You are someone who doesn't shy away from a challenge and isn't afraid of tackling things that are hard.
Passion for games is an asset.

BC COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.
BASE SALARY RANGES
British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria): º $63,400 - $86,500 CAN Annually
Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, and extended health/dental/vision coverage and basic life insurance.
