Working with influencers & clients isn’t always smooth sailing. We’re picky with who we work with (our clients are lovely 💚), but deadlines can shift, plans change & creators can drop out. So you’ll need to bring calm, creative, problem-solving energy, thrive under pressure & make decisions quickly. 📝 What You’ll Do:
Lead the influencer department. Own the strategy & create a strong, results-driven team that delivers impactful campaigns.
Oversee & manage influencer campaigns from pitch to completion. You’ll lead on campaign strategy & manage all high-profile campaigns while overseeing all other campaigns we run.
Manage TikTok Spark Ads & boosted IG influencer content across multiple campaigns.
Refine internal processes & workflows. Streamline campaign delivery & create more room for creativity & growth.
Coach, support & challenge your team. Set the standard, lead by example & create a high-performance environment where your team thrives.
Drive innovation & inclusivity in every campaign. Ensure our work represents real players, resonates with creators & aligns with our values.
Build & nurture relationships across the industry with creators, clients, developers & talent agencies.
Keep campaigns on track. Manage scope, timelines & resources confidently, delivering quality work without burnout or bloat.
Keep a pulse on influencer marketing trends & bring fresh ideas to the table regularly.
Represent Disobey at events. Travel to key industry events (national & international) where needed to build connections.
Experiment, learn & have fun. Test new formats, challenge norms & help us raise the bar across the board.
🦸️ What We’re Looking For:
4+ years of influencer marketing experience, ideally across agency or publisher sides. You’ve led campaigns, built strong creator relationships & delivered great results.
Proven client & project management experience.
You’ve managed people, coached them, challenged them & helped them grow, all while still delivering top-tier work yourself.
Strategic mindset with a commercial edge, you think big picture, understand what actually moves the needle & are always looking for smarter ways to work.
Top-tier time management, you keep campaigns on track, clients in the loop & your team on point. You’ve probably got a colour-coded calendar & a backup plan for your backup plan 💅
You know what content hits, what flops & how to make creators feel heard, not handled.
You’ve worked with a range of clients & know how to manage expectations, navigate critical feedback, be proactive & build long-term trust.
Self-starter energy & team player attitude, you lead, collaborate, support & lift the room.
Flexibility when it matters, influencer timelines don’t always stick to 9–5. You’re cool with the occasional flex (you get the time back at Disobey).
You don’t let your ego get in the way. You know when to ask for help & when to back your team.
You give a shit about doing great work with the right people, for the right reasons.
A love for gaming & understanding of different games/genres.
💰 Salary
£40k-£50k (depending on experience)

UK remote working with flexitime. You can work from anywhere in the world as long as you are a UK resident & your main country of residence is the UK.
