Studio Cut to Bits is looking for a Game Designer for our unannounced game for an original IP on the Unity engine.
We are looking for someone that can design enemy AI archetypes and balance the fight system in a 2D platforming game using 3D assets.
Our ideal candidate is someone who has enough experience and motivation to work independently and is a good collaborator.
As a part of a small core team, we also want someone who enjoys indie games and can bring their own ideas to the table.
Responsibilities
Design enemy AI archetypes
Design player fight moves
Balance the combat with an eye for improving player feelings and satisfaction in combat
Qualifications
Experience in working on melee combat mechanic
Experience in working with the Unity engine
Nice to have
Experience in working on a 2D platformer
Proficiency in Blender
Proficiency in playmaker
