Title: Head of Marketing Seeking Previous: Chief Marketing Officer | Head of Marketing | Senior Director of Marketing Contract: Full Time Level: Senior

We’re looking for a US based, data and strategy-focused Global Head of Marketing to help grow and elevate our brand across the world. This person will have an exceptional leadership style, and use their EQ and industry knowledge to help develop and expand our marketing reach.

Since Community Gaming is uniquely situated in the market, our ideal team member will have an understanding of the plethora of audiences and platforms we’re exposed to, and a strong understanding of the web2/web3 space. We expect execution on putting logical procedures and processes in place to better the department and company as a whole. Most importantly, this person will work closely with the Executive Team and should feel comfortable working with all levels of team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive value creation through marketing initiatives with gaming companies globally.

  • Partner with the largest game companies in the world to help us grow our business and userbase.

  • Marketing partnership management of existing partners.

  • Management of the marketing team globally.

  • Cross-departmental engagement with various internal teams, including Product, Sales, and Finance.

  • Oversee marketing budget and agency management.

  • Scale and build brand equity, positioning, and messaging for key campaigns.

  • Report, recommend, and iterate on campaigns (including user acquisition campaigns) to drive increased ROI.

  • Scale and build senior executive presentations, core internal and external communications.

  • Grow CG’s message through various game conferences and speaking opportunities.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience with token launches and marketing gaming tokens

  • Experience in some type of digital marketing with a focus in gaming/web3.

  • Passion for esports, gaming and web3.

  • Strong business acumen and the ability to execute marketing strategies designed to establish market presence and increase business performance.

  • Experience orchestrating and developing people and working effectively in cross-functional teams.

  • Passion about driving inefficiencies out of the business while maximizing results and impact.

  • Strong balance of strategic and pragmatic marketing skills and significant experience in integrated, multichannel campaigns.

  • Strong knowledge of analytical, attribution, and customer engagement tools.

  • Demonstrated competency in identification of business opportunities, markets, innovation needs.

  • Proven success in business case development, presentation, and measurement.
