We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Senior Game Designer to join our dedicated team and contribute to an exciting AAA console title.

Requirements

  • Platform Adaptation: Demonstrated ability to adapt gameplay features and mechanics from one platform to another, while demonstrating consistency and quality across multiple gaming platforms.

  • Console: Proven track-record designing successful console experiences, displaying an understanding of console gaming challenges and player expectations.

  • UI/UX Design Collaboration: Experience collaborating with UI artists to design new UI/UX elements for enhanced player experiences.

  • Game Engine Proficiency: Experience working with industry-standard game engines, with a preference for Unreal Engine 5.

  • ·Excellent Communication Skills: Your strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with cross-discipline teams and stakeholders.

  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: A strong ability to identify design challenges and propose creative solutions, coupled with strong analytical skills to evaluate gameplay mechanics.

  • Passion for Innovation: Enthusiasm for creative challenges and a drive to innovate in the field of game design.

  • Third-Person Game Design Experience (Bonus): Previous experience in designing third-person experiences is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive Design Ownership: Take ownership of all design aspects for the project, ensuring adherence to project vision and quality benchmarks.

  • Collaborative Development: Work closely with team members and stakeholders throughout the game's development lifecycle, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve project goals.

  • Documentation Management: Create and maintain clear and concise documentation for all design features, ensuring alignment with project objectives and facilitating effective communication within the team

  • Feedback Integration: Actively participate in design reviews and playtesting sessions, integrating feedback to refine gameplay mechanics and enhance player experience.

  • Adherence to Best Practices: Uphold industry best practices and standards in game design, contributing to the overall quality and success of the project.

  • Self-Motivation and Team Collaboration: Demonstrate self-motivation and initiative while effectively collaborating within a dynamic and creative team environment.
