Together, we are developing One State RP MMO, which is played by millions of people worldwide. For each region, our international Community team develops unique methods for interaction with the community, including not only engagement in social media but also support for in-game activities.

• At least 1 year of experience as a Community Manager in a gaming project

• Experience using, managing and editing discord servers

• Deep knowledge of Latin American gaming culture

• Fluency in English (C1-C2)

• Native or Near native Spanish

• Excellent communication skills

• Experience with Role Play projects

• Build and structure our gaming community

• Lead and guide in-game vonlunteer teams

• Enhancing communication between the gaming community and project creators

• Create clear, engaging gameplay Guides/Tutorials

• Collect and organize feedback for our developers

• Organizing lively events on social media platforms

• Moderate both in-game and external community platforms
