We are looking for admins to run and manage online gaming tournaments. Our game list includes Call of Duty, Fortnite, Apex Legends, NBA, Madden, FIFA, Rocket League and PUBG. We are looking into adding other games over the next few weeks. We are looking for highly motivated and dedicated members. As a startup company we are only interested in hiring members that will treat and think of this company as if it was their own.

This is NOT a work from home job, our office is located in downtown Portland.

List of tasks:

• Manage and Ref Online Based Tournaments
• Generate tournament brackets
• Issue prize claims
• Advance teams during tournaments
• Answer online support tickets
• Deal with incoming text chats with customers (no calls)
• Reach out over Twitter, PS4 and XB1 to help players during disputes
• Reply to the gaming community through twitter and other social media
• Monitor competitors
• Constantly analyzing your daily work flow to generate the best results

Requirements: eSports enthusiast and/or UMG // MLG player

• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management and organizational capabilities
• Proven characteristics of consistent accuracy and attention to detail
• Team player, dynamic, outgoing, professional, upbeat and motivated
