Job Description
We’re looking for a Producer, Franchise Management to join our team! The person in this role will be responsible for the execution of strategic Franchise Development projects, with a particular focus on partnership and licensing initiatives. They will ensure that projects are managed effectively from initiation through completion, working closely with internal stakeholders (including franchise creative, business development, marketing, and game development teams) as well as external partners. Reporting to the Production Manager, Franchise & Brand, the Producer will play a key role in supporting cross-functional initiatives, maintaining clear communication, managing approval processes, and ensuring alignment with CD Projekt RED’s standards, brand vision, and strategic goals.
Daily responsibilities
Project Execution: Own the execution of strategic projects within the franchise space (partnership and/or licensing initiatives) in collaboration with internal stakeholders (including franchise creative, business development, marketing and game development teams) and external partners.
Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams and external partners across a variety of projects - ensuring smooth communication, transparency, and alignment with CDPR’s standards and brand vision.
Project Management: Manage approval pipelines, feedback processes, and timelines, continuously monitoring projects’ risks and taking initiative to address them.
Process Improvement: Actively work on improving processes, fostering a collaborative environment between different teams across different departments/organisation units.
Operational Support: Support administrative and operational tasks to maintain project momentum, such as organizing files, coordinating reviews, and updating documentation tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
Reporting & Documentation: Assist in tracking, documenting, and reporting on project progress to ensure transparency and alignment with business objectives, providing regular updates to the Production Manager and relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in production, project management, or account management – emphasis on handling relationships with external partners.
Proven track record in managing cross-functional projects within the video game, entertainment, or related industries.
Cross-Functional Understanding: Grasps the interplay of business, operational, and creative aspects.
Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where priorities and projects shift frequently. Proactive, with a focus on finding solutions.
Leadership: Assertive and grounded, able to guide and coordinate even when less informed than others.
Tools: Proficient with JIRA and Confluence, and ideally familiar with MIRO.
Communication & Reporting: Strong communication skills for delivering clear project updates and status reports to senior leadership and project stakeholders.
