Job Description
CD PROJEKT RED is looking for a Producer to join our team and help manage multiple projects across different stages of development. In this role, you will act as the key communication link between teams and stakeholders, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and high-quality results. You’ll be responsible for defining project needs, keeping track of budgets and timelines, and improving workflows to support the team in delivering outstanding content. Daily responsibilities
Manage and lead multiple projects at different stages of development.
Collaborate with multiple teams, assisting in defining their needs and identifying their requirements.
Act as the point of contact between different teams and stakeholders and ensure clear, concise communication.
Create budgets and timelines and keep track of their execution.
Collaborate with the lead to identify the scope of work and resources needed.
Participate in project meetings and provide project and team updates.
Ensure projects stay on schedule and budget.
Work closely with team leads.
Coordinate contracting external vendors.
Prepare the necessary documentation.
Provide support to the team in their daily work.
Liaise with the Production team to help improve production processes and workflows within the studio.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Producer or Project Manager in a creative environment (film, animation, video games, software development, or similar).
Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk assessment.
Experience working with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, ShotGrid).
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
A proactive problem-solving mindset and the ability to anticipate production challenges.
Highly organized, resilient, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
A team player, capable of fostering collaboration and navigating complex production workflows.
Nice to have

Experience in multi-project environments.
Understanding of VFX, CG, game development, software development, or TV & film production workflows and pipelines.
