Job Description
This role isn’t just about organizing things – it’s creative, purposeful, and focused on shaping the everyday experience at CD PROJEKT RED. As a Culture & Belonging Specialist, you’ll bring our studio culture to life through initiatives that connect people, celebrate milestones, and build a strong sense of belonging. From studio events to game-inspired activations, you’ll help create moments that reflect who we are and what we care about as a team.
Responsibilities:Â
- Designing and running initiatives that support employee engagement, connection, and a sense of belonging across RED.
- Co-creating and organizing studio events like Social Fridays, Family & Friends Day, picnics, anniversaries, and seasonal celebrations.
- Supporting spontaneous, grassroots efforts that help build studio spirit and community.
- Coming up with fresh, relevant ideas for employee milestones, awards, gifts, and swag.
- Building internal excitement around our games, projects, and releases through creative, IP-inspired activations.
- Planning and coordinating projects from start to finish – including timelines, logistics, and cooperation with other teams. Tracking the impact of initiatives and suggesting improvements to keep things evolving.
- Handling budgets – ensuring things are well-planned and within scope.
- Making sure our values are reflected in everything we do – from how we celebrate to how we communicate.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in employee engagement, internal events, workplace culture, or internal communication – ideally in a creative environment.
- Creativity, curiosity, and a strong sense of initiative – you’re someone who can take a spark of an idea and turn it into something memorable.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple timelines.
- Passion for people, culture, and community-building.
- Understanding and appreciation of gaming culture and storytelling is a big plus.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
