Job Description

We’re looking for a responsible and well-organized person to join our team and help us travel all around the world. If you already have experience and enjoy organizing business trips, perhaps we’re looking for you? :)

Daily responsibilites:

  • Organizing domestic and international business trips, including booking hotels, flights, trains, and rental cars – occasionally outside standard working hours due to support for teams based in North America.

  • Searching for the most optimal travel connections in terms of time, comfort, and cost.

  • Coordinating travel for employees across all CD PROJEKT RED locations.

  • Recording travel expenses and managing them in our internal systems.

  • Monitoring invoice flow and ensuring all documents are properly filed.

  • Collaborating with hotels and travel service providers to secure bookings.

  • Taking care of company apartments – coordinating bookings, maintaining schedules, and supporting guests staying in them.

  • Providing assistance during travel disruptions (e.g. cancelled flights, booking changes, hotel issues) – often outside regular business hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends.

  • Preparing detailed reports on business travel costs.

  • Supporting the Events team in organizing logistics for group travel.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in organizing business trips – experience as an airline cashier is a big plus.

  • Fluent English, both spoken and written.

  • A genuine passion for travel planning and logistics.

  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

  • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently.

  • Assertiveness and persistence in handling travel-related challenges.

  • Familiarity with Jira is more than welcome.

  • Experience with reservation systems and travel management software.
