Bungie is seeking a Talent Programs Intern to work within our People Team to create best-in-class people experiences. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work directly with members of the Talent Programs Team to understand a variety of people programs, ranging from Onboarding to Performance Management, and beyond. The Talent Programs Team Intern will focus on creating resources to support Bungie’s people programs. We are looking for an ambitious individual who is highly organized and has outstanding communication skills. This is a great opportunity to influence the future of Talent Programs in a fun, fast-paced environment.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

  • Currently enrolled in a U.S. college, university, or related program and returning to school in the fall upon conclusion of the internship

  • Available to work full-time for 12 weeks throughout the summer with a set May or June start date

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with Talent Programs team members to evaluate resource sites and contents with a lens toward employee experience

  • Make recommendations about opportunities to optimize content and simplify access

  • Assist in updating process documentation and resource materials to support programs aligned with all steps in the employee life cycle journey

  • Assist in integrating resources within an ever-evolving suite of tools

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Experience with Windows, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)

  • Exemplary communication skills, both written and oral

  • Outstanding analytical skills: understands, simplifies, and helps find the solution to any problem in a fast-paced environment

  • Results oriented

  • Focused and composed under pressure

  • Detail oriented and organized

  • Collaborative, team-oriented work style

  • Flexible and able to adjust and adapt to changing needs, priorities, and requests

  • Must be able to handle changing priorities in a dynamic environment

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS

  • Familiarity with Human Resources practices

  • Interest, enthusiasm, and knowledge of the games industry

  • SharePoint expertise
