Bungie is seeking an experienced and tenacious Senior Producer to support its Publishing Marketing Technology (MarTech). This role will drive MarTech platform integration across various Bungie products and teams. With your background in project management and marketing technologies, you will partner with the MarTech platform team and various Bungie product teams to build and execute detailed integration plans so we can empower our teams to curate the best possible experiences for our players.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive the creation and execution of integration project plans between various Bungie products

  • Support MarTech platform roadmap based on product team timelines and requirements

  • Manage external partners to ensure their contributions are delivered on time, on budget, with the highest possible quality

  • Define clear, realistic production plans, assess risks and bottlenecks, and redefine as necessary

  • Collaborate with the marketing leads, creative directors, developers, and external partners to provide relevant planning and documentation to ensure the successful delivery of content for live service games

  • Build effective relationships and facilitate clear communication with Bungie’s development teams, publishing stakeholders, and external partners

  • Build and maintain all documentation necessary for the successful planning and tracking of MarTech tooling adoption across Bungie

  • Identify risks and escalate issues as appropriate, ensuring proper and timely communication to leadership

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Relevant experience in a production, product, marketing, or project management role

  • Extensive experience balancing multiple complex projects with varying deadline pressure across a variety of teams

  • Experience with project management software and/or diverse project management methodologies required

  • Works autonomously with minimal oversight from leadership

  • Ability to establish and foster positive and productive relationship with external and internal partners

  • Superior organization, communication, and analytical skills

  • Results-oriented and composed under pressure

  • Effective communicator able to resolve misalignments with members of internal and external teams

  • Proven problem solver in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment

  • Tracks velocity and maintains forecast, constantly evaluating the plans against the integration project timelines

  • Experience managing and mentoring staff

  • Builds and cultivates an inspiring and inclusive culture

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS

  • Experience working with advertising, game publishing, video, animation, or other media production teams

  • Familiarity with latest regulations and compliances regarding privacy and data collection around the world

  • Familiarity with game development and publishing pipelines

  • Proven track record of developing, implementing, or integrating innovative tooling or marketing solutions in the entertainment industry

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, Email platforms, Web platforms, and/or messaging systems

  • Marketing campaign execution expertise useful

  • Enthusiasm for and knowledge of the games industry and content landscape

Listed below is this role's base pay range. In other locations that Bungie has approved for remote work, this pay range may be adjusted up to +/- 10% and some roles may be classified as non-exempt (hourly). This range is determined by an array of factors, including training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Bellevue Pay Range

$151,800—$173,000 USD

Bungie full-time (non-contract) employees in the U.S. also receive:

  • 20 days of accrued time-off in the form of PTO and sabbatical days, depending on the level of the position

  • 10 paid Floating Days annually, prorated in the first year of employment based on start date

  • 10 paid Bungie-observed holidays annually

  • One hour of Paid Sick Time (PST) for every 30 hours worked

Contract and International FTE employees receive competitive benefits through their relevant contracting agency.
