The Bungie Analytics team is looking for a Senior Digital Analyst to partner with our Marketing Technology, Web, and Publishing teams. In this role, you will conduct analysis that empowers our marketing technology teams to optimize efficient, data-informed player experiences. You will work hand in hand with teams to execute campaigns, design experiments and provide actionable insights.
Your work in this role will enable Bungie to communicate directly with our players with the content they care most about.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement analytics frameworks to measure and report out the performed of campaigns and marketing activity on our Marketing Technology-enabled channels including 1:1 messaging and web
Work with partner teams to help implement and execute dynamic, tailored content offerings across digital channels
Monitor campaign performance and quickly identify opportunities and changes in performance.
Properly design A/B tests and evaluate their results with a clear understanding of incremental benefit
Prepare and present dashboards and slides that clearly communicate performance to the Marketing Technology and Product Management organizations
REQUIRED SKILLS
Experience delivering operational reporting and analysis for digital teams
Intermediate SQL skills
Working knowledge of Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
Ability to create clear data visualizations for diverse stakeholders - preferably in a production-ready visualization software package like Tableau
Solid knowledge of summary statistics, distribution analysis, and significance testing
Ability to design experiments based on best practices
Ability to effectively communicate technical insights to a non-technical audience
NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS
Experience collaborating with data engineers to create data tables that simplify your workflow and ensure quality
Knowledge of AWS (Amazon Web Services) or GCP (Google Cloud Platform)
Contextual understanding of the digital privacy landscape
Knowledge of common marketing platforms, measurement frameworks, and execution best practices
Experience with a statistical programming language (preferably Python or R)
Knowledge of computer science, engineering, statistics, mathematics, or related field
A love of games

In other locations that Bungie has approved for remote work, this pay range may be adjusted up to +/- 10% and some roles may be classified as non-exempt (hourly). This range is determined by an array of factors, including training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Bellevue Pay Range
$120,000—$147,000 USD
Bungie full-time (non-contract) employees in the U.S. also receive:
20 days of accrued time-off in the form of PTO and sabbatical days, depending on the level of the position
10 paid Floating Days annually, prorated in the first year of employment based on start date
10 paid Bungie-observed holidays annually
One hour of Paid Sick Time (PST) for every 30 hours worked
