Bungie is seeking an IT Solutions Architect with a focus on enterprise applications, who can provide direction and guidance to Engineering and Administration SMEs in this area. As an IT Solutions Architect at Bungie, you will architect, implement, and support technology solutions for our studio & datacenter operations, global partner integrations and customer facing production systems. You will work with our internal business partners to drive the strategy of our enterprise applications across Bungie. Using your experience across a broad set of applications, you will be working with engineers, administrators and business stakeholders to craft support and governance plans even for applications/services where you might not have deep technical knowledge. While this role is not a direct people manager, you’ll provide technical area leadership to a team of highly experienced IT engineers and administrators to continuously improve and evolve our technology infrastructures to ensure Bungie remains at the pinnacle as an entertainment company.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Providing architecture, support and planning guidance to engineers and administrators dedicated to specific applications
Create governance and support models for applications with no dedicated owners
Collaborate with Identity and Infosec teams to craft RBAC guidelines and capabilities matrix for new applications
Work with Legal, Procurement, Infosec and Support teams to create and maintain our software and SaaS request and onboarding processes
Working with all levels of the organization, both technical and non-technical, facilitating interactive design and functional specification sessions.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand business needs and guide software evaluation and rationalization
Provides direct or indirect guidance and mentorship in the coordination of the activities of a small team.
Driving new technology throughout the company
Strong business acumen and ability to communicate with stakeholders.
Research, selection, planning, and implementation of new technologies to support scaling of applications to meet customer and business needs
Reviews and advises on project and delivery plans
Drives teams to close through prioritization and scoping
Contributes to policy and vision creation in area of expertise, including plans for support and operations
Work with team members to troubleshoot complex issues and work with lower tier support on escalations
Assist with ongoing training for our IT Administration and Support teams
Investigate and keep up with new technology to identify where our projects and environments can benefit from its use
Maintain documentation of systems and processes
Provide after-hours escalation assistance as the highest escalation point for sub-discipline related issues
REQUIRED SKILLS
Experience in Designing and engineering Enterprise Applications and environments at scale, including redundancy planning, design, performance troubleshooting
Knowledge and experience in at least some of the following (M365, Workday, Miro, Confluence, Jira, Panopto)
Ability to quickly become conversationally fluent about a particular application or application suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently to solve challenging problems and provide recommendations in a timely manner
Collaborates with department or team leads to work on complex issues or projects within their platform ecosystem(s)
Managing and participating in complex projects with multiple team members and stakeholders
Knowledge of datacenter and live production best practices and experience working in live high availability customer facing production environments
Experience configuring SSO for SaaS and on-prem applications
NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS
Experience with Software Asset Management systems and processes
Experience with data migrations as part of mergers and acquisitions

In other locations that Bungie has approved for remote work, this pay range may be adjusted up to +/- 10% and some roles may be classified as non-exempt (hourly). This range is determined by an array of factors, including training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Bellevue Pay Range
$166,000—$195,000 USD
Bungie full-time (non-contract) employees in the U.S. also receive:
20 days of accrued time-off in the form of PTO and sabbatical days, depending on the level of the position
10 paid Floating Days annually, prorated in the first year of employment based on start date
10 paid Bungie-observed holidays annually
One hour of Paid Sick Time (PST) for every 30 hours worked
Contract and International FTE employees receive competitive benefits through their relevant contracting agency.
