We are a leading gaming organization with years of experience developing the largest esports initiatives in the industry. We are seeking someone to work alongside the Head of Partnerships to ensure the exceptional execution of deliverables for top tier sponsors of our esports events.

Salary commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate management of all aspects of event sponsor deliverables from proposal development support to final report
  • Communicate all aspects of sponsorship components to relevant internal stakeholders to ensure client expectations are exceeded
  • Design and implement methods for tracking sponsor deliverables, schedules, and metrics, providing clear tasks and accountability for team members
  • Build client relationships by acting as day-to-day point of contact
  • Support the Head of Partnerships in communicating project updates, needs and results with clients

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years account management/client management/media planning experience
  • Experience in a client facing role, well-versed in professional communications with and presentations to executive level clients
  • Exceptional organizational, planning and time management skills
  • Adept at prioritizing multiple tasks and adhering to strict deadlines
  • Excellent team management, interpersonal and communications skills
  • Ability to work proactively in an ambiguous, dynamic, and fast-paced environment

Bonus Skills:

  • Esports industry knowledge/experience
  • Experience in an account management role to support sponsors of digital/live event integrations
