We are seeking a Senior Producer for live operations. You will play a pivotal role in building and implementing our live operations process. The initial core objective will be focused on building out our internal live operations framework to ensure the team is able to work at full speed. The ideal live operations producer r is organized, possesses exceptional communication skills, and excels in release management.

We need help with:
Partnering with key stakeholders to establish our internal and external live operations framework
Identifying and leads key efforts in improving the stability of our builds
Communicating any impactful changes or live operational issues to the team
Facilitating retrospective discussions
Executing against a release management framework and coordinates major changes
Managing and continuously improving our live operations processes
Working with the team to drive operational issues to resolution
Promoting and contributing to a culture of diversity and inclusion
What are you good at:
7+ years of experience working on live software or services in a production, operations, or game development capacity or combination of education and experience.
Strong foundation of production or project management methodologies
Strong organization, communication, and strategic skills
Experience making data-driven decisions in live operations
Ability to build, track, and maintain complex release schedules
Experience with Atlassian products (e.g. Jira and Confluence)
A self-motivated individual who takes the initiative and make sense out of ambiguity
This role is anticipated to be a hybrid work position, with some work on-site and some work-from-home. The potential home studio for this role is Irvine, CA.

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $80,800.00 - $149,400.00 Annual. This base pay range is for the U.S. and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
