Your Mission

The HR Strategy Team is part of our Organization Effectiveness Center of Excellence supporting Activision Blizzard globally. We partner directly with HR leadership to develop and implement our organization’s strategic vision.

As an HR Strategy Analyst, you will have a direct impact on Activision Blizzard’s most critical people priorities, as well as our business unit efficiencies at delivering epic entertainment. You will tackle complex business challenges and drive successful achievement of HR’s mission and goals.

Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

  • Support development, tracking, and reporting of HR leadership’s strategic goals and priorities

  • Track and conduct regular reporting of our internal and public people commitments

  • Prepare monthly Chief People Officer reporting which includes key hiring/retention metrics, progress against goals and KPIs, and financial reporting

  • Partner with HR and business partners to manage the annual strategic planning process and financial management

  • As required, perform project support for HR priority projects such as L&D program development and compliance-driven initiatives

Player Profile

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to navigate dynamic environments

  • Great teammate with a roll-up-one’s-sleeves attitude, and highly developed sense of proactivity

  • Ability to create and maintain partner relationships

  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel

  • Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint
