This position is a business role that requires both technical skills and marketing knowledge. In this role, you will be responsible for measuring and optimizing user retention and personalization strategies by reporting CRM performance data, assuring data quality, and analyzing audiences. You’ll also be heavily involved in the creation, curation, and analysis of audience data across several marketing platforms, including Braze and Swrve, among others. The ideal candidate is a nimble problem solver with a moderate understanding of email, push, and in-app channels.
Remote eligible: This role is anticipated to be a hybrid work position, with some work on-site and some work-from-home. The potential home studio for this role is in Irvine, CA. However, we understand each person’s circumstances may be unique and will work with you to explore other possible options, including remote work arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
Function as a decision-making partner to CRM team
Develop tests/experiments to better understand the impact of email, push, and in-app message channels on player engagement, retention, and business outcomes
Experienced in analyzing transactional, lifecycle, program, and promotional emails, push and in-app messages
Partner with CRM Strategy, Ops and Engineering teams to instrument, track, and report on CRM channel-specific events
Independently conduct analyses end-to-end, from stakeholder interviews to communicating takeaways and providing recommendations on upcoming testing iterations
Build and maintain dashboards/reports to measure CRM channel performance
Scope and prioritize projects, manage stakeholders’ expectations with the ability to push back when needed
Required Experience
2+ years of Analytics experience on CRM channels (emails and push messages)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field
High proficiency in SQL
Strong communication skills
Expertise in visualization tools (Tableau, Looker)
Familiarity with Martech tools such as Salesforce CRM, Braze, Swrve, mParticle, et al
Knowledge of scientific programming languages (R, Python) is a bonus

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $34.28 - $63.42 Hourly. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role’s range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
